LARGE BATCH Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
Makes 8 dozen!!
Ingredients

1-1/2 cup butter, softened

1-1/2 cup white sugar

1-1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon baking soda

1-1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon salt
-
5-1/2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In large bowl, cream together butter, white sugar,
and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs and vanilla until fluffy. In a separate bowl stir together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually beat flour mixture
into butter mixture. Stir in oats and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto
ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until
golden around the edges. Cool slightly, remove from sheet to wire rack. Cool
completely. Store in an air tight container.
